I choose the board but what are styles?

The style is what determines all the board options. Our board styles come in 2 main catagories: Small and Large/Medium. The images below represent all the different board styles.

How do I personalize my game board?

Enter the names, message, or date you would like on the board in the personalization box on the product page before adding the item to your cart.

Please double-check spelling and formatting before placing your order.

How long does it take to make my order?

All boards are made to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your item ships. Deluxe Custom will need additional time 3-10 business days if we have to order colors.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders within the United States arrive 3–7 business days after shipment depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Tracking information will be sent once your order ships.

What if I make a mistake in the personalization?

Because our products are custom made, we cannot guarantee changes once production has started.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

Do you accept returns?

Since our products are personalized, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

What materials are the boards made from?

Our boards are precision-printed in-house using durable PLA plastic and designed for indoor gameplay and display. Because PLA is heat-sensitive, the board should not be left in a car or other hot environments where the plastic could deform.

Are these boards meant to be played or displayed?

Both! Our boards are designed to be fully playable games while also serving as a unique display piece for your home, office, or event.

Can I request a custom design?

Yes! If you have a special idea or design request, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to accommodate custom orders.
