Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with VYGoods. Because our products are personalized and made to order, we have a limited return policy.

 

Returns

We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the item

 

Refunds

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are customized with names or messages, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Personalized orders

  • Items ordered with incorrect spelling submitted by the customer

  • Custom designs approved before production

 

Exchanges

If an item arrives defective or incorrect, we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost.


Shipping Issues

If your package arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
